The Collinsville Police Department and Madison County Sheriff’s office worked together to nab a 27-year-old man accused of burglarizing a car in the 300 block of Yvonne Drive, Collinsville, Friday.

Collinsville Police found Mark A. Clark, of the 800 block of Blue Ridge Drive, Belleville, possession of items from the burglary. They alerted the Madison County Sheriff’s office, who arrested Clark. Clark was charged in Madison County Circuit Court Monday with felony car burglary.

Clark is being held in Madison County Jail, where he also faces charges of felony residential burglary, criminal damage to property, parole violation and two additional counts of burglary. His bond was set at $75,000 for the car burglary charge and $80,000 for the residential burglary charge. No bond was set for the parole violation or other burglary charges, which are related to other charges.
