Collinsville Police arrested a man Sunday who was wanted on a charge of felony home invasion.

Charles JK Sparks, 43, of the 1300 block of Bridal Spur, Troy, is accused of kicking in the door of a Collinsville home on Oct. 24 and holding a knife to the throat of his former girlfriend. Police say Sparks fled the scene when the woman’s roommate called police.

Charges were filed against Sparks on Oct. 31. Police sought the public’s help locating Sparks on Nov. 19. A member of the Collinsville Police patrol division arrested Sparks, police said.

Bond was set at $100,000.
