A 20-year-old Fairview Heights man has been charged with predatory sexual assault of a 12-year-old Caseyville girl.
Caseyville police responded to a report on July 8 from the child’s grandmother who was concerned Damon Bledsoe may have had intercourse with her granddaughter. Following an investigation, charges were issued Tuesday by the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s office.
Bledsoe remains in the St. Clair County Jail. Bond was set at $350,000.
This is crazy not only because of the person. Damon is a good man. Not a bad guy at all people have their mistakes but let the record show the luh girl lies about her age. Her and her grandmother drink and smoke its. A lot behind this and a lot of truth havent been put out there. I think they need to let him go clear his record free and let him start a new life because he is not that type of guy.
