A man took the purse from the victim’s shopping cart at approximately 7:20 p.m. Sunday as she loaded bags into her truck. The suspect can be seen getting out of an older model, white truck – believed to be a Dodge – and then running to the woman’s car and snatching the purse. The truck then speeds away, apparently to pick up the purse snatcher, Lt. Brett Boerm said.

The video of the incident is too grainy to get a physical description of the suspects, Boerm said. The victim saw only the back of the suspect as he ran away.
