On Sunday, Sept. 7, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and School held a groundbreaking ceremony for their new Early Childhood Center.
Construction will begin immediately on the addition, which will include classrooms and activity space for three and four year old preschoolers as well as kindergarten students. The new facility will replace the current preschool building located at Chapel Court.
The Early Childhood Center is scheduled to be completed by the 2015-2016 school year and registration will begin in January 2015. Good Shepherd Lutheran School is located at 1300 Belt Line Road in Collinsville.
