***Update at 10:25 p.m***
Ameren has completed repair work on the gas line break at the corner of Beltline Road and Golfview Drive.
All four lanes of Beltline Road have re-opened. The section of Golfview Drive that was closed is expected to open before 10:30 p.m.
After the line was capped, using a device known as a shortstop, gas was temporarily shut off to the nearby US Bank branch and McDonalds, prompting the McDonalds to shut down. Gas has been restored to both buildings, an Ameren representative at the repair site said.
