A Madison man accused of holding two people at gunpoint in a rural Collinsville home, sexually assaulting one, was captured Monday.

Jerry Sutt, 50, was captured in Williamson County, Tennessee, U.S. Marshal Don Slazinik confirmed. The Williamson County Sherriff’s department arrested Sutt at about 4 p.m. in a car reported stolen, Slazinik confirmed.

Sutt will face four felony charges in Madison County. Two aggravated criminal sexual assault charges, both Class X felonies, carry sentences of 16-40 years each. The felony unlawful restraint and unlawful restraint charges are Class 4 felonies with sentences of 1-3 years each.

Authorities believe Sutt entered the home of an acquaintance Wednesday, armed with a handgun, bound two people and sexually assaulted one.
