Miller was also charged on Oct. 14 for possession of a controlled substance. She has a pending court date on the Oct. 14 charge.

Both cases were investigated by the Caseyville Police Department. St. Clair County Circuit Clerk records show that Miller’s offense occurred on May 2 and Hoods on May 5. Acting Sergeant Gerard Spratt said the charges were delayed pending lab results.
