Development Dimensions International (DDI) President Bob Rogers brings his special presentation on leadership to southwestern Illinois on Wednesday, Dec. 3.
As president of DDI, Rogers has led a cultural transition, concentrating on values-based leadership through customer focus, teamwork, innovation and high involvement. A top talent management consultancy, DDI was just named a best medium-sized workplace on the Great Place to Work® 2014 Best Small & Medium Workplaces List for the fourth time.
Rogers’ speech, “Secrets of Organizational Success,” is at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Collinsville-St. Louis from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 3. Arrive at 7:30 a.m. for a complimentary breakfast and a chance to network with other attendees.
