Two days after a woman robbed the FCB Caseyville Bank, another woman committed an armed robbery in the Collinsville Wal-Mart parking lot.

Surveillance video shows that a woman was robbed at 3:52 p.m. Sunday. The victim screamed for help and got the attention of a male witness, who wrestled the victim’s purse from the suspect, Collinsville Police said.

The suspect, who is reported to have used a 6-inch steak knife, is described as 5-feet-2 with a medium build. She is reported to have an olive complexion and was wearing a white hoodie shirt and blue jeans, police said.

Another witness reportedly told the victim that the suspect was seen getting into a black, four-door vehicle, similar to Ford Taurus, with a model year in the mid-2000s.
