Collinsville woman charged with stealing from Summit Elementary School PTA

A Collinsville woman was charged Wednesday with stealing approximately $2,500 from the Summit Elementary School PTA. The administration of the school contacted police on Sept. 23 and provided documentation related to a possible theft.
