The annual Fall Festival in Uptown Collinsville is seeking entrants for the Chili Cook-Off.

Contestants are asked to prepare 10 gallons of their best chili for the event that is billed as a great fundraiser for organizations. Prizes will be awarded for the top three contestants in three categories; traditional, non-traditional and best booth presentation.
