Joseph Hartsoe. Missing since Nov. 25, 2013

The Collinsville Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate 22-year-old Joseph Hartsoe, of Collinsville.

Hartsoe was last seen at the home of a relative on Nov. 25 at approximately 11:30 a.m. He was wearing a grey t-shirt, dark blue jacket and dark grey coat.  He has a history of substance abuse and is considered endangered, police said.
