The Collinsville High School girls volleyball team defeated East St. Louis Sr. High Monday to advance in the Illinois High School Association Collinsville Regional.

The fourth-seeded Kahoks knocked off the Flyers in strait sets, 25-16 and 25-17, and will face top seed Belleville West at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Fletcher Gymnasium. The Kahoks came back from a game down on Oct. 17 to hand Belleville West its only conference defeat. The match was played at Belleville West.

Second seed O’Fallon will play third-seeded Belleville East  in a match scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday at Fletcher Gym. The winners of the two matches will face off in the Championship in a 6 p.m. Thursday contest, also in Fletcher Gym.
