Uptown Collinsville Main Street closed Saturday for Fall Festival

Main Street in uptown Collinsville, from Seminary to Illinois Route 159, will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26. The closure is to accommodate the annual Fall Festival.
