A man accused of making suggestive hand and mouth gestures to juvenile females waiting at a school bus stop is now barred from school grounds.

The Collinsville School Board voted Monday to bar Jerry Jerome Richardson, of Collinsville, from all Unit 10 schools and all school-sponsored extracurricular activities for one year.

Richardson was charged with disorderly conduct after he was allegedly driving around the Northgate Housing Project, located near Woodland Park, playing sexually explicit music and making suggestive hand and mouth gestures to juvenile females. He was taken into custody by Collinsville Police and later released on a $10,000 recognizance bond.
